MRI, X-Ray & Arthrogram Imaging

MRI Work StationUMI's 3T HD MRI scanner is the most technologically advanced and powerful MRI scanner available for clinical outpatient use, producing twice the image resolution of 1.5t scanners. Similar to HD TV in image clarity, 3T MRI assists physicians in diverse fields of practice to evaluate a variety of health conditions in areas of orthopedic, spine, neurological, vascular, cardiac, and pediatric.

UMI also offers Digital X-Ray/Fluoroscopy/Arthogram procedures. Arthrogram studies combined with UMI's 3T scanner enables physicians to see detailed soft-tissue structures of joints with amazing clarity.

Insurance and Billing

University Medical Imaging is contracted with most of the large insurance companies and handles billing. We will assist by obtaining insurance authorization for patients whenever possible. Click on the List of Insurance Coverage in the left column for plans covering University Medical Imaging services.
