Billing Information
All patients are asked to pay the full amount of their deductible, co-pay or direct, self payment at the time of their exam (unless a lien agreement has been established). Our staff can help you estimate what out-of-pocket expense will be due the day of your exam.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Care Credit
University Medical Imaging accepts CareCredit as a payment option for transactions of $200 or more. This credit option includes 6-month deferred interest/no interest if paid in full during the promotional period. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card accepted by 170,000 enrolled providers. Visit CareCredit for more information and to apply. In order to make a payment with CareCredit, your credit line must be established before your scheduled exam with University Medical Imaging.

Personal Injury & Work. Comp. Liens
